Jameson McBride is an energy and climate analyst at the Breakthrough Institute, where he studies the economics of clean energy and climate policy. He joined Breakthrough as a Generation Fellow in 2017 after graduating from Columbia University with a B.A. in political economy and sustainable development. Previously, he has worked as a research intern at the Center on Global Energy Policy, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Earth Institute. Out of the office, he enjoys rock climbing, choral music, and postmodern literature.
