Starting as farmer and carpenter out of college and driven by a belief in humanity and human potential, Garrick found his way into advocacy and political work out a desire to cultivate a better world through elections and policy. He got his start as the on-the-ground lead for the reintroduction of the Mexican Gray Wolf in New Mexico and that work led to a 20-year career running electoral and advocacy campaigns. In addition to his work in electoral and advocacy campaigns, Garrick is a certified Executive Coach and has helped multiple non-profit organizations through capacity building and strategic planning.
