Jayson Lusk is a food and agricultural economist who studies what we eat and why we eat it. Lusk currently is a Distinguished Professor and Head of the Department of Agricultural Economics at Purdue University His books include: Unnaturally Delicious, The Food Police, and Compassion by the Pound.
