Angela Bell is the Operations Manager at The Breakthrough Institute, where she brings more than 20 years of administrative and operational experience from across a range of industries, including nonprofits, technology startups, and family-owned businesses. Based in Breakthrough's Berkeley office, she has enjoyed overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting the people and processes behind its work since joining in 2022.

A Bay Area native, Angela holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Davis. She lives in Richmond with her husband and their two children.
