Caroline Eboumbou is a Director of Project Development at JCM Power, working on the Africa portfolio. She is engaged in all aspects of project development, deal flow generation and investments execution. She has project finance and structuring experience. She has worked on major projects across Africa, both Francophone and Anglophone countries, from power generation to transmission projects; on senior debt deals for IPPs as well as public private partnerships projects. Prior to joining JCM Power, Caroline was a Senior Investment Officer in the African Development Bank (AfDB) ’s Energy Department and also worked in the AfDB’s Private Sector department. While at the AfDB, she worked on structured finance deals in infrastructure, mainly power deals, from origination and due diligence to execution of energy investments proposals.
