David Kay is the Manager of Communications & Sustainability and first employee at Memphis Meats, a startup developing a way to produce real meat from animal cells without the need to feed, breed, or slaughter animals. David leads the company's efforts to mobilize its mission-driven supporters at both a grassroots and institutional level, and helps develop and execute the company's communication, business development, and policy strategies. Prior to joining Memphis Meats, David studied political science at Stanford University.
