Patricia Levi
Patricia Levi graduated from Harvard in 2012 with a B.A. in Earth and Planetary Sciences and a minor in Environmental Science and Public Policy. At Harvard, she was a Captain in the Resource Efficiency Program, educating her peers about sustainable living. Patricia wrote her senior thesis on how we detect and verify changes in urban carbon dioxide emissions, and has thoroughly enjoyed the solid background in environmental science that she has received. Although she considers herself a scientist at heart, she is fascinated by and increasingly focused on how science interacts with environmental policy and cultural perceptions of the environment. Since working with The Breakthrough Institute, she has gone on to work as an analyst with Climate Policy Initiative, where she helps policymakers improve California's renewable energy policies. When not thinking about or reading about the environment, she enjoys swing dancing and anything involving mountains.
