Seigi’s primary research focus is on the relationship between population-level health outcomes and the distribution of environmental exposures. He holds a B.A. in East Asian Studies from UCLA (2011), an M.A. in International Studies from the University of Tokyo (2014), and a PhD from the Energy and Resources Group at UC Berkeley (2024). His work has been supported by FLAS, NSF InFEWS, and a Fulbright.
