Travis Kavulla currently serves as the Director of Energy Policy at R Street Institute where he works to ensure that companies to which the government has granted monopoly privileges are faced with the same real-world incentives as other businesses, providing customers of those companies with the maximum possible choice over their energy supply. He also serves on the governing body of one of North America’s largest electricity markets, the Western Energy Imbalance Market.
