Claire Bilicki
Food and Agriculture Policy Intern
Claire Bilicki is a Food and Agriculture Policy Intern at the Breakthrough Institute, and a fellow at the Reducetarian Foundation. She is working on her BA In Environmental Studies at Hunter College. Claire seeks to explore agriculture’s role in climate change and support innovations that mitigate today’s food production challenges, focusing on sustainability and equity. Claire also assists with research and data collection on a green roof, and previously worked for 7 years in the restaurant industry. Originally from Wisconsin, Claire works and studies in New York City. In her free time, she enjoys running, weightlifting, and wandering aimlessly around Manhattan.
