Jamie Livingston joined the Breakthrough Institute in June of 2021. Prior, she was the communications aide for Santa Clara County Board Supervisor Joe Simitian, District 5, leading up to and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jamie loves studying policy, and after graduating from Sonoma State University with a Bachelors in Political Science, she started a podcast educating California voters on the propositions that appeared on the 2018 primary and general ballot.
