Joy is an Energy Innovation Analyst at the Breakthrough DC office. She worked as a Data Analyst for about 3 years at the American Enterprise Institute. She most recently worked on policy-relevant housing-related analysis at AEI but is excited to return to the energy sector. Prior to that, she was a green fellow with the Department of Energy and Environment with the DC Government working on GHG metrics. Joy has an MA focusing on Energy, Resources, and Environment from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University and a BA in International Politics from Fudan University. During her free time, she likes camping, dog-sitting, cycling, and watching Formula 1 races.
