Energy for Development
Confronting green colonialism and western hypocrisy
Developed economies are responsible for the vast majority of greenhouse gas emissions in our atmosphere, and still, developing economies are coerced to perform austere climate mitigation to receive development financing and are pushed away using the technologies and resources that can actually drive development, namely fossil fuels, nuclear energy, and high-productivity agriculture. At Breakthrough we are committed to advocating for developing economies' right to choose their pathway to modernity and abundance.
